“Surround yourself only with people who are going to take you higher.” – Oprah Winfrey
My Professional History
I serve homeowners and buyers in the areas I call home: North Los Angeles County and all of Ventura County. I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, and I moved to Simi Valley to raise my son in an area with a slower pace. I get people in the home that fits their needs in the time they need to be there, and I love that I help my clients take a positive step towards financial freedom.
When working as a painter and finish carpenter in my early twenties, I enjoyed the process of improving the functionality and aesthetics of homes. I came to understand the effects those improvements have on the comfort and quality of life for the people who live there.
Analytical and solution-oriented by nature, I transitioned into a career in computer technology and retired from the industry as Systems Manager for one of the world’s largest electronic security integrators, protecting and guarding nuclear weapons storage.
I started my true career as a real estate sales professional, helping my clients through one of the biggest financial transactions they will make in their lifetime.
What You Can Expect From Me
When working with my clients in the sale of their house or the purchase of their new home, my highest priority is to establish lasting relationships with them that I intend to keep for a lifetime. I am committed to ensuring their real estate goals become a reality.
- Attentive: I take the time to understand the needs of my clients.
- Solution-Oriented: I come with fact-based support and tell my clients what they need to hear, not necessarily what they may want to hear.
- Reliable: I protect my clients throughout their transactions, and they can count on me for consistent follow through and effective communication.
I raised my son here in Simi Valley from birth to high school. If there’s a car involved, I’m in. My love for muscle cars and automobile racing has been with me since the age of 4 or so. My father took me to Long Beach in the late 1970’s to see the Formula One races when drivers like Mario Andretti, Niki Lauda, and James Hunt were among the top. We also went to races at several tracks in Southern California that are either no longer open or have been sold and the property re-purposed like; Ontario Motor Speedway, Riverside, and Saugus Speedway. If you’re into cars and visit any of the local car shows or meets don’t be surprised if you see me and be sure to say hi.
